Explosion in Stavropol killed three persons
Explosion took place in Stavropol today, having killed three persons and injured twenty, the law enforcement bodies of the Stavropol region report.
The explosion occurred around 18:00 Moscow time, 15 meters from the concert hall of palace of culture and sports. The explosives were placed in Aquarium Cafe, located in Lenin Street.
According to head of the department for civil defense and emergencies of the city administration Boris Skripka, one version is a terror act, BFM.ru reports.
For the moment, rescuers, police and FSB officers are working at the scene.
