54 passengers on a flight from Tbilisi to Moscow

Today, 54 passengers have departed on the first spring-summer charter flight from Tbilisi to Moscow performed by Airzena, Georgian Airways.

Passengers departing on this flight to Moscow are mainly Georgians flying to their relatives and friends. The journalists gathering in the airport before the flight to Moscow were as many as the seers-of, "News-Georgia" informs.

"It's just like a gift to us, we have long planned our trip to Moscow, but with children the flight transfers are difficult. And now we will take advantage of direct flights", a female resident of Tbilisi Nata D. said before the registration at the airport.

Almost all the passengers and the seers-off in conversations with journalists complained over ticket's high price which amounts to 609 lari (about 340 dollars) and 845 lari (about 480 dollars) for the return ticket.

The program will operate from 24 May to 1 July this year. During this period it is planned to perform 12 direct flights: on 24, 26, 27, 29 and 31 May and on 2, 3, 6, 9, 28, 30 June and 1 July, ITAR-TASS reports.
