Human rights activists worry of the fate of the blogger arrested in Moscow
Russian rights defenders are concerned of the state of health of blogger Alaudin Dudko, known in the Internet under nickname ingushetiya_ru, who was arrested in Moscow.
Mr Dudko was accused of keeping drugs and explosives and since May 7 is kept in the Butyrki SIZO (pre-trial prison) in Moscow.
Several days ago he was visited by members of the public observation commission, and, as reported by one of its members Mikhail Kriger, Dudko complained that drugs and explosives were planted on him at detention, and that he was beaten.
According to the latest information, blogger Alaudin Dudko is accused of extremism. Probably, it has to do with his coverage of events in Northern Caucasus in his LiveJournal, the "Gazeta.Ru" writes.
In this context, human rights activists worry about the further course of events in Dudko's case and his health condition, the "Echo Moskvy" Radio reports.
The blogger would not plead guilty and is sure that the real reason of his persecutions is in his public and information activities.
