Two persons killed by shelling in Dagestan

As reported by the MIA of Dagestan, at night on May 15 in Khasavyurt, Dagestan, unidentified persons opened automatic fire on a car and killed two persons.

"At 11:50 p.m. Moscow time, in Khasavyurt, in the crossing of Groznenskaya Street and highway Khasavyurt-Babayurt, unidentified persons shelled from their automatic firearms a VAZ-21099 car with two persons inside: a resident of Khasavyurt and another one from Makhachkala," said the source.

According to the MIA spokesman, the driver and his passenger died in place from the received gunshot wounds, writes the "Interfax".

The "Gazeta.Ru" adds that 100 7.62 mm machine-gun cases, 35 Kalashnikov 7.62 mm cases, three 5.45 mm cases and an empty machine-gun belt were found in the place of the incident.
