Karachai-Circassia: President's adviser killed
Today, in the city of Cherkessk, Fral Shebzukhov, adviser of the President of Karachai-Circassia was assassinated.
"The murder of the President's adviser was committed at about 6 p.m. in Cherkessk, in the area of Srednyaya and Lenin Streets," said the head of the press service of the local Investigatory Department (ID) of the ICPO (Investigatory Committee at the Prosecutor's Office). Three unidentified persons in masks attacked Shebzukhov and began beating him with something like bats; then the adviser was shot dead.
A criminal case was opened on the fact under the articles of "murder" and "illegal purchase, delivery, sale, storage, transportation or bearing firearms". Investigatory actions continue in the place of the incident; a forensic-medical examination was appointed.
"Different versions of the crime are considered, including the casualty's professional work of the victim," the "Gazeta.Ru" quotes the ICPO spokesman.
Boris Ebzeev, President of Karachai-Circassia, is sure that the murder of his adviser Fral Shebzukhov is not a domestic crime but has a political background.
