Three person wounded in mass fight in Dagestan

Three local residents suffered in a group fight that burst out on May 9 between residents of two villages in the Khasavyurt District of Dagestan, the local ROVD (District Interior Divisions) reports.

"Last Sunday, a road accident took place in the Khasavyurt District with participation of two cars, where three persons suffered. Aiming to find those guilty, residents of villages Kurush and Batayurt rallied for an improvised meeting. When they failed to clarify the details of the road accident, a group of young men provoked a fight with the use of traumatic weapons," the "Interfax" was told at the ROVD.

As a result, three participants of the fight were wounded and hospitalized. About 500 persons took part in the rally, and several dozens of local residents were fighting. Additional militia forces were brought to the venue and managed to divide the fighters, the "Gazeta.Ru" writes.
