Kabardino-Balkaria hosts international women's chess tournament

The third stage of the FIDE Grand Prix Series among women that passed from April 25 to May 7 in Nalchik, the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria, was won by Russian chess player Tatiana Kosintseva.

The tournament brought together sportswomen from 9 countries: Humpi Koneru (India), Hou Youfang (China), Rao Kue (China), Nana Dzagnidze (Georgia), Pia Kramling (Sweden), Tatiana Kosintseva (Russia), Ru Chen (Qatar), Elena Danielyan (Armenia), Lilit Mkrtchyan (Armenia), Mangontuun Bakhtuyag (Mongolia), Yulduz Betul (Turkey), Baira Kovanova (Russia).

Tatiana Kosintseva has won 6500 euros as the tournament victor, the "Chempionat.Ru" Agency reports.
