People in Chechnya give blood for victims of terror acts in Moscow, Dagestan and Ingushetia

On April 13 activists of the "Centre of Spiritual and Moral Upbringing and Development of Chechnya" and Patriotic Club "Ramzan" held an action, together with regional branch of the Russian Red Cross, under the motto "Save Life" and donated blood for victims of terror acts in Moscow, Dagestan and Ingushetia.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed about the action at the Ministry of Public Health of Chechnya. Several dozens of donators took part in the action, including Rukman Barkiev, one of the deputies of the public health minister.

"The action is one more confirmation that residents of our republic, who know not by hearsay what terror and violence are, can't remain indifferent to others' sufferings and perceive these tragedies as their own pain," a spokesman from the Ministry of Public Health of Chechnya said.

He also noted that the young men - regular blood donors - received souvenirs from the regional branch of the Russian Red Cross.
