Dymovskiy rejected initiation of case against GUVD boss of Krasnodar Territory
The Investigatory Department (ID) of the ICPO (Investigatory Committee at the Prosecutor's Office) of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory has concluded that the actions of Sergey Kucheruk, head of the GUVD (Chief Interior Department), accused by ex-major Alexei Dymovskiy of slander, have no crime attributes.
The "Caucasian Knot" reported earlier that this February Dymovskiy sent an application to the local Department of the ICPO on attraction of Sergey Kucheruk, head of the GUVD for the Krasnodar Territory, to criminal liability for slander in the context of the latter's announcement on January 18, 2010, about opening of the second criminal case against the former major under the article of "falsification of evidences".
As reported by the "Voice of Russia" with reference to Inna Biryukova, official representative of the ID of the ICPO for the Krasnodar Territory, the above fact was checked.
As a result, "the decision was made to refuse to initiate a criminal case, because Mr Kucheruk's actions have no crime attributes," the "Gazeta.Ru" quotes Ms Biryukova as saying.
