Jury finds Ryno and Skachevskiy guilty of murder attempt

A board of jurymen of the Moscow City Court has recognized Arthur Ryno and Pavel Skachevskiy, heads of a grouping of nationalists, guilty of a murder attempt.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 9 consideration of a new criminal case against Ryno and Skachevskiy began, who confessed of their new nationalism-motivated attacks.

As reported by Anna Usachova, head of the press service of the Court, Ryno, Skachevskiy and another member of the grouping - Roman Kuzin - are accused of attacking a citizen of Armenia in Mytischi on October 11, 2006, a yard keeper from Uzbekistan near the "Tyoply Stan" metro station on January 22, 2007, and a murder attempt on a citizen of Tajikistan in the area of the "Sviblovo" metro station on March 9, 2007, as the "Gazeta.Ru" reports.

"Ryno has partially pled guilty, while Skachevskiy, when answering the judge's question, has completely admitted his guilt," the ITAR-TASS quotes Ms Usachova.
